Eligibility Widget: A new widget has been added to the program dashboard for programs that have eligibility to give a view of how many Eligible applications a customer has. There has been an Eligibility filter also added to the Submission List page for easier filtering.

Profile Viewing Changed to Canvas: All instances of viewing a User Profile is now presenting as a slide-out canvas rather than a modal popup window.
