Accessing Form Editor as an Admin

The Form Editor is only available to users with admin permissions. 

To access the Form Editor: 

1. Login to your platform with your admin credentials 
2. From the admin dashboard select the program you want to edit the form for 
3. Select Form Editor under Advanced Settings

If you don't see the Advanced Settings, your program may not have the required permissions. Please contact your Customer Success Specialist for access.
