Adding and Managing Tabs

Tabs appear as the top-level navigation of a form. Each form must have at least one tab.

To add a tab:

  1. Open the Form Editor.
  2. Select Add Tab.
  3. Enter a name for the tab and/or a description. 
  4. Select Submit.

To rename a tab:

  1. Select the tab you want to rename.
  2. Select Alter Tab.
  3. Update the name and select Submit.

To delete a tab:

  1. Select the tab you want to delete.
  2. Select Alter Tab. 
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Note: Deleting a tab will also delete all sections and questions within it.
