Administrators who have access to the program can create Admin Only Notes, which are private messages or reminders meant only for other administrators within the system.
How to Add Admin Notes
- To begin managing your program, go to the Admin Dashboard and select the specific program you wish to work with.
- From the Program Navigation Menu click Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website).
- In the submission list, find the Submission you want to add an admin note for.
- To include a note, simply click on the pencil icon ✏️ and type in your message.
- After entering your note, click on the Add Note button. When the note has been successfully added, a green checkmark will appear next to the pencil icon.
