Assigning Submissions to a Review Phase

Ready to begin the reviews? Follow the instructions below to find out how to assign your submissions to a review phase.

  1. From the Admin Navigation, choose the program to which you wish to assign submissions for reviews.
  2. From the Program Navigation Menu select Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website). 

  3. Choose the submissions that you want to assign for reviews by checking the checkbox next to their name. Make sure to select only the final submissions for this process.
  4. Once you have chosen the submission, click on the Action button located at the top right corner and select the option Assign Submission(s) to Review Phase. 
  5. Select the review phase you wish the assign to the submission (e.g. Phase 1) then click Submit.

Note: Only FINAL submissions can be reviewed.
