Assigning Submissions to a Specific Review Group

Each submission needs to be reviewed by a specific review group? No problem! Follow the instructions below to find out how to assign submissions to specific review groups.

  1. From the Program Navigation Menu select Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website). 

  2. Under Actions click Assign Submission(s) to Review Group(s).
  3. Select the review group you want to assign submissions under the Select Review Group dropdown.
  4. In the Available box on the left side, select the submissions you want to assign to that review group from the list.
  5. Click on the Assign button to move the submissions to the Selected side.
  6. Click the Save button.
