Configuring a Month & Day Question
A Month & Day question allows users to select a month and day without specifying a year.
This question type is useful when collecting recurring dates that do not require a year, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or annual events.
Adding a Month & Day Question

Navigate to the desired section of your form.

Select Add Question.

Select Month & Day from the Question Type dropdown.

Hide Question From Reviewers
Determines whether reviewers can view the question and response.
