Configuring a Multiple Checkbox (1 Column) Question
A Multiple Checkbox (1 Column) question allows users to select multiple options from a list displayed in a single vertical column.
Unlike Multiple Choice questions, users can select more than one answer, making this question type ideal when multiple responses may apply.
Adding a Multiple Checkbox (1 Column) Question

Navigate to the desired section of your form.

Select Multiple Checkbox - 1 Column from the Question Type dropdown.

Configuration Options
Question Text
The question or prompt displayed to users.
Example:

Best Practice: Clearly indicate when users can select multiple options by including "Select all that apply" in the question text.
Question Configuration
The Question Configuration section is used to define the available checkbox options.
To add an option:
