Configuring a Photo Upload Question
A Photo Upload question allows users to upload image files as part of their submission.
This question type is commonly used for profile photos, project images, artwork submissions, event photos, and other visual documentation.
Adding a Photo Upload Question

Navigate to the desired section of your form.

Select Add Question.

Select Photo Upload from the Question Type dropdown.

Configure the available settings.

Choose Valid File Type
Determines which image formats users are permitted to upload.

Determines whether users must upload an image before submitting.

Determines whether users must upload an image before saving a submission as a draft.

Required Field Message
The message displayed when a user attempts to submit without uploading a required image.

Help Hover Text
Additional instructions displayed when users hover over the help icon.

Best Practice: Use Help Hover Text to communicate image requirements, recommendations, or formatting guidelines.
Hide Question From Reviewers
Determines whether reviewers can view the uploaded image.
