Write clear and concise statements that users can easily understand.
-
Configure the question as Mandatory when acknowledgement is required for submission.
-
Place the checkbox immediately after any related instructions, policies, or agreements.
-
Consider using a Label question before the checkbox to provide additional context or details.
-
Use a Signature question instead when a more formal acknowledgement is required.
Important Notes
-
Users can either select or leave the checkbox unselected.
-
Single Checkbox questions are often used in place of a Signature when a formal electronic signature is not required.
-
For legal agreements, certifications, or declarations, consider whether a Signature question may be more appropriate.
