Creating Your Custom Reviewer Email
- To begin creating the email, go to the Admin Dashboard and select the desired program.
- From the Program Navigation menu, click on Email then choose Email Text.
- Under the Custom tab, beside Custom Email click the Add button.
- Provide the Email Name and Subject, and choose your desired Target Audience (Reviewers).
- Compose the body of your email. To retrieve data from the submission, utilize our Reserved Words feature.

After you have finished creating your custom email, click the Submit button to finalize it.
Sending the Email to the Reviewers
- From the Program Navigation menu, click Reviews.
- Choose the reviewers you wish to send the email to and then click on the Send Emails button.
- Choose the desired email from the dropdown menu and click Preview Email to see a preview of the email before sending.

Upon clicking Preview, a new screen will automatically appear, displaying a preview of the email you are about to send. Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed, simply click the Send Email button.
Please note that if you are utilizing Reserved Words, they will be incorporated into the email after it has been sent.
