1. Clarify and articulate mentor value + expectations to improve recruitment. Go beyond "giving back" to find deeper reasons mentors should join, and clearly define what the program is  and what it is not.

2. Leverage alumni to extend impact and support future cohorts. Engage past participants as mentors, "mentors for mentors", and bring on committee members to reduce the admin burden and keep participants connected to the program. 

3. New admin tools: learn how to update dates, settings, descriptive text, etc.
