How to Assign a Survey
Learn how to assign a survey in your mentorship program.
To assign a survey to participants in your mentorship program, navigate to the Engagements section within your program dashboard.
- Log in to the platform.
- Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
- Select the program you wish to manage.
- From the Program Navigation Menu, click Engagements.
- Select the engagement(s) you would like to assign a survey to, or select all engagements if you wish to assign the survey program-wide.
- Click the Actions drop-down menu and select Assign Survey.
- Choose who should receive the survey: Mentees, Mentors, or Both.
- Primary Members
- Circle Members (available with Engage mentorship licenses)
- Select the survey you wish to assign.
- Select the appropriate survey year.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm the assignment when prompted by selecting Yes, Assign It.
- Once complete, the survey will be assigned to the selected participants.
