How to Assign a Survey

Learn how to assign a survey in your mentorship program.

To assign a survey to participants in your mentorship program, navigate to the Engagements section within your program dashboard.

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
  3. Select the program you wish to manage.
  4. From the Program Navigation Menu, click Engagements.
  5. Select the engagement(s) you would like to assign a survey to, or select all engagements if you wish to assign the survey program-wide.
  6. Click the Actions drop-down menu and select Assign Survey.
  7. Choose who should receive the survey: Mentees, Mentors, or Both.
    • Primary Members
    • Circle Members (available with Engage mentorship licenses)
  8. Select the survey you wish to assign.
  9. Select the appropriate survey year.
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Confirm the assignment when prompted by selecting Yes, Assign It.
  12. Once complete, the survey will be assigned to the selected participants.
