How to Monitor Engagements

Learn how to monitor the engagements in your program and identiy which members might need attention. 

  1. From your Program Dashboard, navigate to the Engagements tab.
  2. Review all existing engagements in your program.
  3. View key details such as who’s connected, and their goals, tasks, and meetings (upcoming and completed).
  4. Check the engagement status, which can be toggled on or off depending on your program setup.
  5. Note that the status bar reflects the lowest status within the engagement group.
  6. Click View to open the engagement workspace and review participant activity.
  7. As an admin, you can scroll through the workspace to see engagement details and history, though some actions will be restricted.
  8. To save time, use filters to display only challenged statuses and quickly see which users need attention.
