How to Send Custom Emails

Learn how to send custom emails to your program participants. 

  1. From your Mentorship Dashboard, open the Emails dropdown and select Email Text.
  2. Click Add to create a new custom email.
  3. Enter your email content and subject line.
  4. Set the target audience—typically, Applicants is the correct audience.
  5. Review your email content and add any attachments if needed.
  6. Click Submit to save the custom email.
  7. Navigate to your Engagements Dashboard to view all matched mentors and mentees.
  8. Select the users you’d like to email.
  9. Open the Actions dropdown and choose who you would like to send the email to.
  10. Select your custom email  from the list.
  11. Preview the email to confirm it will send individually to each recipient.
  12. If satisfied, click Send Email.
