Learn how to make a user account inactive.
- On the Navigation Menu, select Manage then Users.
- Locate the profile you want to make inactive by using the Quick Search.
- After you have found the profile, click on the Edit button to proceed.
- Under the Status dropdown select Inactive then click Submit.
Once an account has been set to Inactive the user can no longer log into the system. To revert an inactive user to active, follow the steps above however, under Status select Active.
