Deactivate an Account

Learn how to make a user account inactive.

  1. On the Navigation Menu, select Manage then Users.
  2. Locate the profile you want to make inactive by using the Quick Search
  3. Once you have found the user's account, click the three-dot menu and select Update Profile. 
  4. Under the Status dropdown select Inactive then click Save. 

Once an account has been set to Inactive the user can no longer log into the system. To revert an inactive user to active, follow the steps above however, under Status select Active.
