Mentorship Admin Display Updates
The Mentorship Admin Display Updates introduces a series of usability and visibility improvements across Engagements, Surveys, and Dashboard experiences in RQ Mentorship. These updates help Admins more easily monitor participation, track survey completion, and manage mentorship activity with improved filtering, sorting, and real-time visibility.

Admin Engagement Updates
The Admin Engagements page has been updated to provide a flexible and interactive expereince for managing mentorship engagements.
What's New
Improved Engagement Table
The Engagement list now includes:
- Sortable columns
- Real-time search and filtering
- Fixed table headers for long lists
- Configurable column layouts
- Enhanced mentor and mentee displays
Admins can now customize which columns appear in the engagement table based on what is most important for their mentorship program.
New Available Columns
New optional columns include:
- Connected Date
- Last Activity Date
- Inactivity Days
- Cohort
- Goals
- Tasks
- Meetings
Mandatory columns include:
- Engagement ID
- Status
- Mentor
- Mentee
Engagement ID Updates
All engagement IDs now include the prefix:
ENG-
Engagement IDs are also clickable and open directly into the associated Engagement Workspace.
Enhanced Mentor & Mentee Displays
Mentor and Mentee information now appears in separate columns with:
- Primary badges
- Health indicators
- Assigned survey visibility
- Quick access to participant details
Inactivity Tracking
A new Inactivity Days column helps Admins quickly identify inactive engagements.
- Inactivity is calculated using the last activity date
- Values exceeding the configured threshold automatically display in red
- Threshold values can be configured within Mentorship Settings
Real-Time Search & Filters
Searches and filters now update automatically without requiring the Search button.
Available filters include:
- Status
- Cohort
- Date range
Dashboard Survey Status Widget Updates
The Survey Status Widget on the Mentorship Admin Dashboard now provides a clearer overview of survey activity and completion progress.
New Metrics Available
The widget now displays:
- Total Assigned
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Completed
These metrics update in real time and provide a quick overview of participation levels across mentorship surveys.
Survey Status Calendar Pill
A new calendar status indicator displays whether surveys are currently:
- Open (green)
- Closed (red)
When surveys are open, the widget also displays the survey close date.
Manage Surveys Updates
The Manage Surveys page has been updated to provide complete visibility into all assigned survey participants.
