Customizing the Engagement List Layout

Admins can now customize the Engagement List within Mentorship to display the information most relevant to their program management workflows.

This feature allows you to choose which columns appear in the Engagement List and organize the order of those columns for easier visibility. 

Accessing the Engagement List Layout 

To update your Engagement List layout: 

  1. From your Admin Dashboard select your Mentorship program 
  2. On the left menu, click Engagements 
  3. Under the Actions dropdown click Update Engagement List Layout

This will open then layout configuration window where you can manage visible columns. 

Available Columns 

The Engagement List supports both mandatory and optional columns. 

Mandatory Columns 

The following columns always remain visible:

  • Engagement ID 
  • Status 
  • Mentor 
  • Mentee 

These columns cannot be removed from the Engagement List. 

Optional Columns 

Admins can choose to display additional columns including: 

  • Connected Date 
  • Last Activity Date 
  • Inactivity Date 
  • Cohort 
  • Goals 
  • Tasks 
  • Meetings 

Depending on your mentorship configuration, additional fields may also appear. 

Reordering Columns 

Admins can drag and drop columns into a preferred order,. 

To reorder columns: 

  1. Open the Update Engagement List Layout window 
  2. Drag columns into the desired position 
  3. Save your changes 

The Engagement List updates immediately after saving. 

Understanding Key Columns 

  • Engagement ID: All Engagement IDs now display with the prefix ENG- ; Clicking an Engagement ID opens the associated Engagement Workspace
  • Last Activity Date: Displays the most recent engagement activity date. This helps Admins quickly identify active and inactive engagements. 
  • Inactivity Days: Displays the number of days since the last engagement activity. If the inactivity date exceeds 30 days, the value automatically displays in red.
  • Cohort: Displays the assigned Cohort for the engagement when using the Engage license. 
  • Mentor & Mentee: The Mentor and Mentee columns are now displayed separately for improved readability. 
    These columns include:
    • Primary participant badges 
    • Health indicators 
    • Assigned survey visibility 
    • Quick access to participant details
