Publishing a Review Form

Once you have finished building and testing your review form in Staging, you can publish it to Production to make it available to reviewers.

Before Your Publish

Before publishing, we recommend:

  • Reviewing all review criteria and scoring settings
  • Testing the review experience in Staging
  • Confirming criteria order and section structure
  • Ensuring all required changes have been completed

Important: Publishing replaces the current live version of the review form. Changes take effect immediately in Production.

Publishing a Review Form

Step 1: Log into Your Staging Environment

Navigate to your organization's Staging environment and log in as an Admin

Step 2: Open the Publish Screen

From Advanced Settings, select Publish

Step 3: Review the Review Versions

In the Review Publish section, you will see:

  • The current Live Version of the review form
  • The latest Draft Version available for publishing

Review the version details before proceeding.

Step 4: Audit Your Changes (Optional)

Click Audit to review the changes included in the draft version before publishing.

This allows you to verify exactly what will be updated in Production.

Step 5: Publish the Review Form

Click Publish beside the draft version.

The draft version will become the new live version and will immediately be available to reviewers in Production.
