Reporting Upgrade: Overview & Guide

Our reporting just received a major upgrade, designed to give you clearer insights, faster access to data, and more flexibility in how you view and use your reports.

What's New

  1. Improved Reporting Experience 
    We’ve redesigned reporting to make it easier to navigate, understand, and act on your data. Key metrics are now more accessible, and report structures are more intuitive.

  2. Faster Data Loading 
    Reports now run significantly faster, even for large datasets. This means less waiting and more time analyzing your results.
  3. Enhanced Filtering Options
    You can now apply more granular filters to drill down into the exact data you need. Combine multiple filters to refine your insights further.
  4. Export Improvements
    Exporting reports is now smoother and more reliable, ensuring your data is easy to share and use outside the platform.

Why We Made This Change

We heard feedback that reporting needed to be:

  • Easier to understand
  • Faster to use
  • More flexible for different use cases

This upgrade is designed to address those needs and improve your day-to-day workflow.

What You Need To Do

To take advantage of the new reporting experience, you'll need to create new reports using the updated reporting tool. 

  • Your existing reports will still be available under Legacy Reports
  • The ability to create and edit legacy reports will be discontinued on June 1. You will still be able to run and download existing legacy reports after that date.
  • We recommend recreating any reports you still need in the new experience before that date

Getting Started

To explore the new reporting experience:

  1. Navigate to your Reports section
  2. Create a new report 
  3. Use the new filters and view options to explore your data
