Manage Program Settings
Overview
The new settings page allows you to manage and configure all aspects of your program - from core setup to emails, forms and review workflows. Use this page to customize how your program operates and how users interact with it.
Program Settings
Manage core details of your program in one place:
- Program Type
Define the type of program (ex. Award, Nomination, Scholarship) - Full Program Name
Set the full display name of your program as it should display to users - Submission Type
The term that best describes the submission process (ex. Nomination, Application, Entry) - Submission Tags
Add and manage tags to organize and filter submissions (ex. Eligible, Ineligible) - Program Banner Image
Upload and manage the banner image displayed across this program.
Email Settings
Configure how emails are sent and when notifications are triggered:
- Email Address Used for Sending Emails
Set the sender email address for this specific program - Email Sender Display Name
Customize the name recipients see - Email Notification Triggers
Control when automatic emails are sent to submitters, reviewers, and admins- Send email when submission is finalized
- Send email when admin marks submission as final
- Send email when review is submitted as final
- Send email when admin finalizes review
- Send email when submission is withdrawn
- CC admin on final submission by applicant
- CC admin on final submission by administrator
Form Settings
Customize how your submission behaves and how users interact with it:
- Allow Only One Submission Per User
Restrict users to a single submission - Redirect to Dashboard After Final Submission
Automatically return users to their dashboard after submitting as Final - Remove Save Buttons Once Submitted as Final
Prevents edits after final submission - Show Previous/Next Buttons for Tab Navigation
Enable step-by-step navigation through form - Save as Draft Button Text
Customize the save as draft button text - Submit as Final Button Text
Customize the submit as final button text - Save Options for Reference Providers
Select the save options provided to your reference providers: Draft Save, Draft Save and Exit the form, Final Save - Auto Save Submission
Auto saves submission if user is idle for 20 minutes
Review Settings
Configure how reviews are structured and completed:
- Review Phase
Set which review phase is currently active for your program - Auto Save Review
Enable automatic saving of review progress - Review Groups
Create reviewer groups
