Learn how to assign surveys to users in your mentorship program!
- Navigate to the Admin Dashboard and choose the mentorship program you wish to work with
- From the left navigation menu, select Engagements
- Identify the users you want to assign the survey to by browsing through the list of engagements.
- Select the checkbox next to each user pairing for whom you want to assign the survey.
- Open the Actions dropdown menu and choose the option to Assign Survey.
- A new pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of all available surveys that can be assigned.
- Choose the user type (mentee, mentor, or both), then select the appropriate survey along with the current year.
- Press the Submit button. A confirmation pop-up will appear to verify your selection.
- Click Yes, Assign it! to confirm your selection. Your survey has now been successfully assigned!
