Assigning Surveys

Learn how to assign surveys to users in your mentorship program!

  1. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard and choose the mentorship program you wish to work with
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Engagements
  3. Identify the users you want to assign the survey to by browsing through the list of engagements.
  4. Select the checkbox next to each user pairing for whom you want to assign the survey.
  5. Open the Actions dropdown menu and choose the option to Assign Survey.
  6. A new pop-up window will appear, displaying a list of all available surveys that can be assigned.
  7. Choose the user type (mentee, mentor, or both), then select the appropriate survey along with the current year.
  8. Press the Submit button. A confirmation pop-up will appear to verify your selection.
  9. Click Yes, Assign it! to confirm your selection. Your survey has now been successfully assigned!
