Creating an Engagement

How to match participants in your mentorship program

  1. From the Navigation Menu, select Engagements.
  2. Click the Create Engagement button.
  3. Select a mentor and mentee from the available list to create a match.
  4. Alternatively, navigate to the Signups tab.
  5. Impersonate a user to view potential matches and match percentages.
  6. If the user has available connections, click Create Engagement.
  7. If the user has reached their maximum number of connections, the Create Engagement option will be unavailable.
