Deleting a Reviewer's Scores

When should I use this?

Use this article if you need to:

  • Remove scores a reviewer has submitted, without deleting the reviewer's assignment or the submissions themselves
  • Correct a reviewer's scoring mistakes so they (or another reviewer) can re-score
  • Clear test or duplicate scores from a program before go-live

How to Delete a Reviewer's Scores

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, select the program you wish to manage reviewers for.
  2. From the Program Navigation Menu, click Reviews.
  3. On the Reviewers tab, click the three dots beside the reviewer whose scores you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete Scores. (This option only appears if the reviewer has scored at least one submission.)
  5. In the Delete Scores window, you'll see a list of submissions scored by that reviewer.
  6. Check the box beside each submission you want to clear scores for, or check Select All to clear all of the reviewer's scores at once.
  7. Click Delete.

Note: This action only deletes the reviewer's scores - it does not delete the submissions, and it does not unassign the reviewer from the program. The reviewer will still be able to score those submissions again.
