Editing Matching Limits

To update the matching limits for your mentorship program, navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the program you wish to manage.

Log in to the platform.
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Select the program you wish to manage.
From the Program Navigation Menu, click Settings.
Select the Matching Settings tab.
Locate the fields for Number of Mentees per Mentor and Number of Mentors per Mentee.
Update the numbers in these fields based on the limits you would like to set for your program.
Click Save to apply your changes.

The matching process type (for example: mentor-to-mentee, mentee-to-mentor, admin-led, or bilateral matching) must be configured by the RhythmQ team. If you need to change the matching process, please contact the team for assistance.
If you increase the number of mentees per mentor, you may also need to update your mentor sign-up form to ensure mentors can indicate how many mentees they are comfortable supporting.
If your program uses bilateral matching, where mentors and mentees can choose each other, the limits for mentees per mentor and mentors per mentee must be set to the same number for the matching process to function correctly.
