Overview

Gallery gives you a visual, browsable way to showcase selected submissions. Instead of presenting submissions only as individual records or lists, Gallery allows you to create a more engaging experience where users can easily explore featured submissions.

Gallery is available as an add-on and must be enabled for your program.

What is Gallery?

Gallery transforms selected submissions into a visual showcase. Each submission can be displayed as a gallery item, allowing users to browse and explore content in a more engaging format.

Gallery can be used to:

  • Showcase selected submissions
  • Highlight strong or featured entries
  • Create a browsable visual experience
  • Make submission content easier for users to explore
  • Present submissions in a more engaging format

How Gallery Works

Gallery uses submissions from your program and presents them in a dedicated visual experience.

Depending on your program configuration, Gallery can display information from each submission, allowing users to select and explore individual submissions.

The Gallery experience is separate from the standard submission and review workflows, so enabling Gallery does not change how submissions are submitted or reviewed.

Selecting Submissions to Showcase

Gallery is designed to showcase selected submissions rather than automatically displaying every submission in your program.

Your program configuration determines which submissions are available in Gallery.

This allows you to create a more curated experience and highlight the submissions that are most relevant to your audience.

Viewing a Submission

When browsing Gallery, users can select an individual submission to view more information.

The information displayed for each submission depends on how your Gallery experience has been configured.

Important Considerations

Before using Gallery, keep the following in mind:

  • Gallery is an add-on feature. Your platform must have Gallery enabled to use it.
  • Submission visibility matters. Only submissions configured to appear in Gallery will be available to users.
  • Content is configurable. The information displayed in Gallery depends on your program setup.
  • Gallery does not replace your existing workflows. Submissions can continue to move through your existing submission and review processes.
