How to Edit Descriptive Text
Learn how to edit the descriptive text in your mentorship program.
How to Update Program Descriptions
To update the descriptive text that appears throughout your mentorship program, navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the program you wish to manage.

Log in to the platform.

Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

Select the program you wish to manage.

From the Program Navigation Menu, click Settings.

In the Program Information tab, locate the fields for Program Name, Overview Description, and Next Step Descriptive Text.

Edit the text in any of these fields as needed.

Click Save to apply your changes.
Update Sign-Up and Language Settings

Navigate to the Sign Up section within the Settings area.

Edit the text fields as needed. For example, you may change the wording from “Sign Up” to “Enrollment.”

Click Save to apply your changes.
Update Additional Help Text

Review other sections where descriptive text may appear throughout the platform.

Update the help text for areas such as Save as Draft, Final Submission, or other user guidance messages.

Navigate to Engagement Settings to update additional descriptive text fields if needed.

Update descriptive text fields such as Mentee Pool, Mentor Pool, or User Not Signed Up as appropriate.

Click Save after making any updates to ensure your changes are applied.
