If you find yourself in a situation where you need to transfer the ownership of a submission to another user's account, we have a simple solution for you. Just follow these easy steps to make the necessary changes.- To manage a program, navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the program you want to work with.
- From the Program Navigation Menu select Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website).
- Locate the submission you need to reassign by scrolling through the Submissions list or using the convenient Quick Search functionality.
- In the Action column, choose the dropdown menu and select the Reassign option.
- A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the email address of the account to which you are transferring ownership.
- After entering the new email, click on the Submit button to proceed with the reassignment.
Please note that when reassigning a submission to another user's account, it is important to ensure that the user is already registered in the system.
