Reassign Submissions

Need to change the ownership of a submission? No worries, we've got you covered!

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to transfer the ownership of a submission to another user's account, we have a simple solution for you. Just follow these easy steps to make the necessary changes.
  1. To manage a program, navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the program you want to work with.
  2. From the Program Navigation Menu select Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website). 
  3. Locate the submission you need to reassign by scrolling through the Submissions list or using the convenient Quick Search functionality.
  4. In the Action column, choose the dropdown menu and select the Reassign option.
  5. A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the email address of the account to which you are transferring ownership.
  6. After entering the new email, click on the Submit button to proceed with the reassignment.

Please note that when reassigning a submission to another user's account, it is important to ensure that the user is already registered in the system.
