Follow these steps if a reference provider is unable to access the site to submit their reference:
- Check if the reference deadline has been set to ensure that there is still time to submit the reference.
- Review the submission to confirm whether the entrant has made any changes to the reference provider.
- Verify that the reference provider enters the exact email address provided by the entrant.
