Reset User Password

Discover the step-by-step process for resetting a user's password and gain the knowledge you need to successfully complete this task.

  1. Navigate to the Navigation Menu and select Manage.
  2. From the dropdown options, choose Users.
  3. Click on Manage Users to open the user management panel
  4. Find the user you need to reset the password for, and under Actions click on the drop down and select Reset Password.

Two Options: 

Manual Option: As an administrator, you have the ability to create a password for the account holder. It is important to ensure their security by sending them the password and advising them to change it as soon as possible.

System Generated: The system will automatically generate a password and send it to the user.

Always remember to remind the user to change their password once they log into the system after resetting it. This ensures their account remains secure.
