How to Run Legacy Reports
⚠️ Note: Legacy Reports are still available, but we recommend using the new reporting experience for faster performance, improved usability, and better sharing capabilities.
- From Reports, select the Legacy tab on the top right.
- Under Report Status, click the Run button.
Reports may take up to 15 minutes to run. Once the processing is complete, you will be notified through a green bar indicating that your report is now ready to be downloaded.
When you download your Excel Report, a pop-up may appear warning that the report may be corrupt. However, this is not the case. Please click on "Yes" to proceed with downloading the report.
