Sending Custom Emails

Are you looking to maximize the success of your programs? By sending customized emails, you can increase the number of final applications. Stay on top of your game and ensure the best outcomes for your programs.

  1. From the Program Navigation Menu, click on Submissions (alternative keywords may be used for your website).
  2. To send an email to specific submissions, simply click the checkbox next to each submission you wish to include.
  3. Navigate to the Actions dropdown and select the option for Send Email.
  4. Choose the desired email from the dropdown menu and click Preview to see a preview of the email before sending.
  5. Upon clicking Preview, a new screen will automatically appear, displaying a preview of the email you are about to send. Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed, simply click the Send Email button.

Please note that if you are utilizing Reserved Words, they will be incorporated into the email after it has been sent.
