How to Create A Support Ticket
- Login into the system with your admin credentials.
- To access your profile, simply click on your name located on the top right side of the portal.
- From the profile dropdown click Support.
- To create a support ticket, simply click on the Submit a Ticket button.
If you need any assistance, feel free to contact your Onboarding Specialist or your Customer Success Specialist for support.
