Withdrawing Submissions

Need assistance with withdrawing your submissions? We've got you covered!

How to Withdraw Submissions

  1. To begin managing your program, go to the Admin Dashboard and select the program you wish to work with.
  2. From the Program Navigation Menu click Submissions (other keywords may be used for your website). 
  3. To find the submission you wish to Withdraw; either scroll through the list or utilize our convenient Quick Search feature.
  4. In the Action column of the submission list, choose the drop-down menu next to the submission you wish to remove, and then click on Withdraw
  5. After selecting the Withdraw option, a popup window will be displayed, prompting you to provide a reason for the withdrawal. Once you have entered the reason, click the Submit button to complete the process.

Please be aware that once a submission is withdrawn, entrants will no longer be able to make any edits to their submission. Only submissions marked as "draft" or "final" are eligible for any further modifications.
