Matching Center Overview
Bulk Admin Matching Overview
Matching users no longer has to happen one pair at a time. RQ can suggest pairings for you based on your matching criteria, and you can review, adjust and approve them right from the Matching Center - including approving several at once.
This article gives a quick overview of how it all fits together. For step-by-step detail on any part of it, use the links below.
What you can do
- See system-suggested pairings for your unmatched mentors and mentees, each with a match score
- Approve one match, or several at once with a single click
- Understand why a match was suggested by opening its score breakdown
- Narrow the list down to Unmatched, Open Capacity, or At Capacity participants
- Choose a different candidate than the system's top suggestion, if you know something it doesn't
Where to find it

The Basic Flow

- Filter the list if needed (by Unmatched, Open Capacity, or At Capacity)
- Review each suggested pair and its match score
- Select the pairs you want to approve. and click Approve Selected - or approve pairs one at a time
- If a suggestion isn't right for someone, open the ranked candidate list for that person and create a match with someone else instead
